Do you offer post survey advice? 

Yes, we call all of our customers following receipt of the report to answer any queries or specific concerns raised within the report to provide further assurance on the property condition. If requested we can also provided assistance with budget costs for repairs. 

Who organises access arrangement? 

Once the survey has been booked and deposit paid our admin team will make contact with the estate agent and arrange to collect keys on the date of the survey. You will need to confirm to the estate agent that we will be picking up the keys so they can expect our call.

How long does the survey take?

Surveys can take between 2 - 3 hours depending on the size of the property and condition found. 

When will I receive my report?

We aim to issue our survey reports within 3 - 4 business days following the inspection. If required we can provide a fast track service within 48 hours for an additional charge.
